Contact form
If you submit the contact form, Enso Dynamics receives the name, email address, and message you provide. The form also includes basic technical context, such as IP address, country code, and user agent, so the message can be reviewed and spam or abuse can be investigated.
Engineering assessment
Your progress, answers and any second opinion draft are kept in this browser tab so a refresh or browser Back/Forward does not erase them. Starting a new assessment clears the previous tab progress. This temporary browser storage is separate from the completed assessment records described below.
Completed assessments store the completion time, role, optional engineering team size, every answer or unknown, capability values, results and any partner code from the link. No contact details, IP address or browser identifier are stored in assessment records unless you request a second opinion. Answers without contact details are kept indefinitely to improve the assessment.
If you request a second opinion, your email, optional note and request date are linked to the whole assessment. Your email is used only to reply about those results. You are not added to a mailing list or automated sequence. These identified records are kept until you ask for removal.
Partner links record which partner referred a completed assessment. Daily action counts record successfully received actions, not unique people, and contain no contact details or persistent visitor identifier. Network outages can leave actions uncounted. Neither counts nor answers are sent to third party analytics or advertising services.
To remove a second opinion request and its linked assessment, use the homepage contact form and mention your request. Enso Dynamics removes the record and retained request handling copies, including exports and correspondence. Delivery already in progress cannot be recalled, so cleanup may remain open for up to fourteen days and six hours after the last possible notification publication. Anonymous aggregate counts remain.
Assessment records are separate from the ordinary server logs described below. Visiting the site is logged by the hosting infrastructure, even when no assessment is completed.
Server side request logs
The site is delivered through Amazon CloudFront. CloudFront writes standard access logs to a private Amazon S3 bucket. These logs include request metadata such as timestamp, requested URL, response status, client IP address, referrer, and user agent.
These logs are used to understand aggregate site traffic, troubleshoot issues, and monitor abuse or security problems. They are retained for up to one year and are not shared outside AWS, the infrastructure provider for this site.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not set nonessential cookies and does not run client side analytics, advertising, or session replay tools. Because of that, there is no cookie consent popup.
Fonts and other page assets are served by this site. No third party font request is needed to use the assessment.
